Does your puppy or dog need to learn or refresh the fundamentals of obedience-sit, stay, down, lay, come, heel, and go to place
Join Larry, owner of Big Blue Barn, for 6-weekly sessions covering these topics and much more! Weekly sessions are small groups of 3-5 dogs with their owners to allow for personal growth for both the dog and the owner.
Sessions are 45 minutes to one hour in duration. In good weather, the sessions are held outside Big Blue Barn.
The first session covers collars, leashes and leads along with additional materials to make the following six sessions steps to success with your dog.
Owners will be responsible to provide training treats of their choice each week, as well as proper collars and leashes. Please no extension leashes in class sessions. Also consider bringing a water bowl and water for your dog and yourself!
To secure your place, call Larry at 989-288-1919. At registration, payment of $25 is required. $10 is a registration fee and $15 is either payment towards your last class or towards a cancellation (see our cancellation policy). Then each weekly class is $15. You can pay with cash each week or be billed and pay electronically, with a 3% convenience fee added.
All dogs must provide current vaccination records for rabies and distemper (DHLPP, DHPP or other combination vaccine). The vaccines cannot expire during training and must have been given to the dog no less than 48 hour prior to a training session.
